Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, send it back for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive it. Returns must be in pristine condition.   S&P charges are non-refundable. Holiday returns must be returned by the first Friday in January. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card.

For your protection, send returns insured, return receipt requested.

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return / exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Exceptional Equestrian will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer in the Continental US via standard 5-7 day FedEx/USPS/UPS shipping without any charge to the customer.
