Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure that returns are in pristine condition.

  • Shipping & Handling Charges: These are non-refundable.
  • Holiday Returns: Items purchased during the holiday season must be returned by the first Friday in January.
  • Gift Returns: Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card.

If you're exchanging an item, Exceptional Equestrian will ship the exchanged item(s) back to you within the Continental U.S. via standard 5-7 day FedEx/USPS/UPS shipping at no additional charge.
