Shipping policy

After you place your order, your merchandise will be carefully packaged and shipped out to you by the service you choose, listed below.

Note: Items that are ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

(5-7 business days after it leaves our store)

Standard USPS Priority Mail
(2-3 business days after it leaves our store)

Standard FedEx or UPS
(2-3 business days after it leaves our store)

*Non-Expedited Orders (Standard & UPS Ground): Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

**Expedited Orders (2nd Day Delivery & Overnight): Orders placed using expedited shipping will ship out the following day or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will not ship until the next business day. Expedited shipping is only available on orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states (AK and HI excluded) and may not be available in all areas. (If you have a last minute emergency, please call us at +1352.844.7189. We will try our best to help out).

All shipping options are for Monday - Friday delivery. If you require Saturday delivery, you must call +1352.844.7189 to place your order.

STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS
STANDARD DELIVERY (MONDAY - FRIDAY DELIVERY)
Our Standard Shipping combines the efficiency and convenience of USPS. We drop your package off at USPS and they deliver it to your mailbox or door within 5-7 business days after it leaves our store. (Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment). Standard delivery is the only service available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes.

FedEx GROUND (MONDAY - FRIDAY DELIVERY)
Orders sent FedEx Ground are shipped only via FedEx directly to your door and should normally arrive in 4-6 business days after it leaves our warehouse. (Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.) Not available outside the contiguous 48 U.S. States.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
2ND DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY - FRIDAY DELIVERY)
Orders sent 2nd Day Delivery are shipped via FedEx and must be placed by 10am Eastern Time. Orders received after 10am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will not ship until the next business day. Not available outside the contiguous 48 U.S. States. May not be available in all areas.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (MONDAY - FRIDAY DELIVERY)
Orders sent Overnight are shipped via FedEx and must be place by 10am Eastern Time. Orders received after 10am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will not ship until the next business day. Not available outside the contiguous 48 U.S. States. May not be available in all areas.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING WITH SATURDAY DELIVERY
Saturday delivery is available for Overnight shipments. To place an order, you must contact Cindy Lay at +1352.844.7189 by 10am on the preceding Friday; this delivery option is not available online. An additional $65.00 will be charged to your order for this service. Not available outside the contiguous 48 U.S. States. May not be available in all areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Place your order online as usual and enter the overseas shipping address. Once your order is received, we will calculate the applicable shipping charges for the order. An email will be sent to you outlining the charges including shipping and processing. The email will ask you to verify your billing and shipping address and give us approval to go ahead and ship the order. If you approve, your order will be processed and delivery should occur within approximately 14 days. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADA
Packages shipping to Canada will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Transit time is approximately 6-10 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All custom orders will ship 6-10 weeks from confirmation date.
